Located in Highland, Michigan, we are a manufacturer and supplier for many industries. DT was created in 2003, we began as a thermoformer, providing fender protectors, covers, and laminating to the automotive market. Since then, we have expanded our product line and capabilities to include, injection molding, interior and exterior plastic decorative panels, robot and die trimming, fabricating, welding, and urethane. Our talented team of engineers and manufacturers continuously strive to exceed our customers’ expectations and deliver world-class, innovative products.
Our manufacturing services here at DT Manufacturing include Injection Molding, Thermoforming, Trimming, Assembly, Urethane as well as Fabrication Welding. We deploy automation with robots in all areas. Our Injection Molding capabilities include Molded in Color Class A, decorative molded IML/IMD components. Thermoform machines in-line up to 56” and a single station machine handling sheet sizes up to 6’x10’. Die Trim presses with tool sizes up to 64”x24”. Weld capabilities include Mig & Tig with machinery to support small or large volume jobs.
Our Engineering Department here at DT Manufacturing has a wide range of services. These services include CAD Design, ideation, product development, feasibility studies and part design evaluation. With four CNC machines our capabilities include metal, composite cutting, in-house thermoform tool and fixture building.
At DT Manufacturing our products include both interior and exterior automotive components along with vehicle protection and paint tooling. IML decorative films that are vacuum formed, trimmed and injected molded. We also provided decorative class “A” surface parts, standard MIC insert components as well as high production and prototype commodities.
